You do not lose your progress and continue to level them even if they aren't active. If you want to reactivate them prior to them reaching level 7, it will only cost you 20 gold.

Each scroll gives you 20 xp. Just divide and that will tell you how many you need. Keep in mind during events and in some later level chests there are special scrolls that give massive xp to these passive skills.

The governor challenge is supposedly part of the new "Call to Battle" event if you read their response under that topic. However that event is also broken. No one said anything to them prior to them leaving the office (russian time) on Friday so they haven't responded to any of the reports that it is broken. Hopefully we will hear something tomorrow when they get back to the office.   But yes, I agree, that this sort of wait is ridiculous. Especially when you contact them and they tell you that something is working fine when it isn't.

You can't get that kind of dimes each day. You just have to save and plug away and choose what to upgrade and what not to. Also selling extra resources like energy crystals helps.

Technically their are no missed rewards as it isn't available to anyone. So the playing field is fair.

Yes I know what support says. I have contacted them again since then providing detailed evidence it doesn't work on the live servers. unfortunately since they don't work weekends they haven't responded yet. But obviously since NO ONE can get in to it, it doesn't work.

Pirate treasure is limited to 12 rewards per day. He can get no more than this. Other than that he is free to attack up to that limit. Pirate Treasure is designed to be for the strongest players and a show of strength.

I have cleared cache and cookies, restarted my computer, I have tried different browsers. I have had multiple people on multiple servers do the same thing. You can click on the event which brings up the screen below, but when you click on "Join the Battlefield", NOTHING HAPPENS.

I'm actually curious about this as well. Is there a specific level that Runes unlock for elementals? The runes used in the Shrine don't appear to work here.  

Are you playing on multiple servers? If so check and make sure you are on the right server. Click servers at the top of the page and look under the "My Servers" section. If more than one server is listed, then you are playing on multiple servers.

They said it would be fixed this week most likely thursday.

The red number is the WORLD level necessary for those monsters to spawn. The World Level can be found in the upper right corner under the "Ranking" icon. These monsters won't spawn until the world level reaches that prerequisite, regardless of what you level is. This is why I asked what it takes to reach a particular world level. Myself and one other person have reached 80 on my server and our world level is still 75 and we want to know when the Nightmare Liberty Port monsters will begin to spawn, which is World Level 80. We just don't know what it takes for the World Level to reach a particular point.  

The talent "Virtual Energy" under a characters fifth and final skill is supposed to provide a reduction in energy costs. I have tested this thoroughly and even upgraded the skill to level 2 (in order to get the more easily monitored 10% reduction) and this talent does not work at all. I have included a screenshot of the skill and talent I am referring to in order to make it easier to understand which situation I am referring to.

How is world level calculated?

Just trying to get a follow up on this one. The "Battle Challenge" task in the "Guide" that requires you to "Killing the Governor (participating in the challenge)" appears to still not be working. I posted about this about three weeks ago and it doesn't seem to have had any change. This task is a requirement to complete the "Frighten" section of the Guide. Can we get any sort of an update on if/when this will be fixed?

I think that maybe my point wasn't made clear enough. My concern with the molding issue is this:   I am a daily player who does EVERY possible event and quest. Therefore I am a great example of someone who acquires all possible resources. As you can see from the image below the problem is not the grind or my desire to play. the problem with these resources is the unbalanced way in which the are acquired. As you can see I have enough diamonds and metorites to mold this sword 3 times. But I don't have enough mithril to mold it even once. Since these three materials only serve one purpose, improving gear, it seems odd that the rate they are acquired is so disproportionate. Why is it set up in such a way that the ratio of items acquired is (diamonds/metorites/mithril) 50/20/1 when in order to use them the ratios are set up as 3/1.5/1 for all items. Don't get me wrong I love the game, but players are reaching this point where they can't do anything with their gear thanks to the item ratios and are quitting. I have seen a bunch of players on my server in the last week that are abandoning the game around level 70 because of this very issue.   Thank you for listening and showing that the game is in fact listening to player feedback.

I have killed the Governor and participate in it daily, but it never completes. Because it never completes I can also never complete "Best of the Best" which would give me a title. However to complete that I need to complete everything else in this section. Which isn't possible thanks to the broken Governor quest. I hope this helps. I wish someone had asked for this information 3 weeks ago instead of just closing my previous bug report.
