Belle when you gonna learn it's all in vein, their not interested - Again in new update they added 2 features no one knows what to do in them but i did see they put the price of there Superfund up, they must be lacking money, They ask for suggestions and players tell them but we know personally they wont be listened to - every open server is dead were crying out for merges already - The game it self is good and fun but its not being run correctly and thats why its failing bad - i have stopped spending and have done for a few weeks when my vip runs out tomorrow i wont be renewing it - i refuse to pay for stuff way over the odds and i wont donate (as they like to call it) to a poorly run business 

Also We really really really do need server merges near all server from 1 to 4 are on real thin ice and servers are dead - games own fault because it not run by cera they just represent the game thats from and owned by china and wont fight to bring more stuff out in game and to reduce cost of items - churn and burn baby to hell with players

The world level is based on the Average of what the total levels in your server is

Also another truth is many free players as well as cashers (like me ) once they reach lvl 70 all the other stuff that unlocks from then on like gem mark and talent cards and pixel engraving all requires cash - its cash cash cash and this games favoured amount of 1 thousand pounds / euros or bucks coz thats what they value there event prizes to be won at - greed - churn and burn - oh by way server 1 really needs a merge and so does server 2 their was 6 in S1 FOR GUILD WAR IN TOTAL tonight thank you

In order for the game to have clear proof that these are indeed multi accounts you need hard evidence like an admission in chat or something as near as that or otherwise the game will be in breach and be done for banning someone who could be in fact a wife or a sister who lives in that same household who plays with his or hers own facebook but the IP address is the same - so this is what i recommend - facebook has a strict multi account user structure you should address this matter to facebook who is permitted to ban the facebook account until he or she can provide passport or licence (drivers) evidence if the player is true they will photocopy and simply give facebook what it requires to have their facebook account re opened if its a multi chances are slim that the player will try to re activate the account then the game will see the other account inactive in which then the game can take action on the main - as a ex GM i agree theirs many faults in game but this 1 is not a game issues unless cast iron proof is obtained thank you

Hello the guild leveling chest should contain coupons if your not getting these then i would urge you to write to support ( Located at top of game screen in the Help tab), Hope this helps and thank you

Hello - ok fury points - you can get a max of 40 that 10 points per character by making sure all your equipment is same kind - so boot - armor - helm and weapon on all 4 characters match like thunder or ghost etc - thank you hope this helped you

Thank you for the prompt handling with this matter - shown a great unity between Game support and the Game mods in dealing with this issue - we should continue like this as i firmly believe a great support structure, well done All involved 

Again warning to all we in server 1 and 2 were robbed of 3 days of rewards and was told by ticket support in a nutshell - tough!!! - so please skip this event till it comes back next month 

i got the same reply from support ticket and our event was pulled 3 days early - so yes they will pull the event dont do this event till next month 

Hello i to am in same position - i purchased the bronze and silver packages - for 2 days i didnt get the extra 837% XP and today which should be day 3 of claiming rewards they removed the event and didnt give me my outstanding rewards - all i can suggest is like me you write a Help ticket to support - hope this helps thank you

SuperFund is a nice event where you have a few options to select which prize you want, all you need to do is recharge and sign up for which ever award you want and every day for 5 days you will be able to claim the rewards for your 1 off payment - so for example you pick the Silver reward you pay only once 180 gold and everyday you get 40 gold and other nice rewards back so after 5 days you end up getting 200 gold back and some nice goodies, plus the extra xp to help you level up quicker, hope this helps and i hope you try it thankyou

Hello. To use pixie contract open up pixie at the bottom you will see it say 'VIP for 200 gold upgrade pixie capture - this is also where you can click to use your contracts to - thank you 

Hence the reason you can untick and tick the reward box so you dont waste attempts, or run your attempts with your run team first then leave on auto for helping, theirs many ways to combat this - but all in told yes the Battle/Combat rating does need to show fully, i suggest a ticket to support with this idea is the way forward as for rest its down to whats morally right or wrong 

Yes in my view stretching to see all the combat rating would be a good idea, but their is many others ways to see the player full combat rating, for example you can check the rankings or simply click on the player and view his or her details, As far as the booting that a choice of the guild leader in my view to kick any active player even if they are weaker than some is something i would never do and find it wrong but that is my opinion  - this comment is not to solve this issue its more of an alternate view - happy gaming 

At the moment their is no form to trade stuff for player to player, but we can take into account your idea and look into it for the future, but for now there is nothing for this, thank you and happy gaming

I can fully understand the reasons to you and rest of members being upset, and all i can suggest is that you take this issue to the game support and see what they advise, As for me - i am a mod in s1 and a forum mod i just aint been given the tag in forum yet - hope this helps i know its not much advise but writing to support is the correct path the dealing with this, thanks again 

Hi I'm sorry to hear this happen and i can understand your frustration but as we know players do come and go in games as do Moderators their no way to screen if someone will stay playing or will quit, from the sounds you have a good team that came from talons to your new guild raiders and i bet soon you be back up their, if he had left a player in the guild then that player could of took talons over but from looks he didnt and thats sad to see but this is not a game problem this is a player doing, you can try writing to support and see if they can offer another option but as far as what we can do there nothing at all but to you wish you all a speedy build up - thankyou

Hi Belle - ok to use contract click use on it in your backpack it will take you to the pixie extract screen - then if you look you see it say click to use 200 gold for pixie that is also where you click to use a contract, Hope this helps and happy gaming
