Posted 28 Aug 2016 The talent "Virtual Energy" under a characters fifth and final skill is supposed to provide a reduction in energy costs. I have tested this thoroughly and even upgraded the skill to level 2 (in order to get the more easily monitored 10% reduction) and this talent does not work at all. Posted 29 Aug 2016 Good day to you, Belle Irlan! We have recieved the answer from our developers. It is not "10% less energy consumed", but this talent means "10% chance no fury will be consumed".
