Posted 8 Aug 2016 This topic was previously closed, but the answer being given doesn't address the issue. People are being told the event runs 1-7 every month. However on S5 the event just started today. However it also appears it will end today. I have people spending money on this and I feel like they are about to get burned. The image below shows the current status on S5. Posted 9 Aug 2016 Dear players, we ask you not to worry and not to panic. We are working and work as much as we can on solving this issue. This event was supposed to operate on the principle: New server was opened -> Event starts for the first 7 days of it -> Every first day of the month event returns and goes from the 1st day and runs untill the 7th day of the month. This event has disappeared, but you still recieve your rewards until it will be ended as it is good displayed on the screenshot, provided by the player. This event will be opened again on the 1st day of September. So, there was no problem and will be no problem with it. If you paid for this event - you will get bonuses till it ends. If someone hasn't paid for it, this event is closed now and they will be not able to buy something or recieve any rewards. Topic is still opened. Several who made the initial contribution are stating they still don't have a way to collect their rewards. Will these be automatically sent to them or should they see the Superfund icon to collect? Posted 9 Aug 2016 We got the solution about this problem from our developer department. We know only that the players who donated to obtain prizes from this event will continue to receive their bonuses until the event is over, even there is no icon or tab in game for it.
