Здравствуйте.

Такая проблема может наблюдаться при кратковременном обрыве интернет-соединения.

Персонаж будет оставаться в подземелье до полного прохождения или смерти по тайму.

опробуйте выйти с игры и полностью перезайти на персонажа.
