Seems like this stage does things differently. Instead every 5th stage having a low chance at a predefined relic, every 5th stage will now instead give a single "Chest of Ancient Elemental Fragments" (trades for fragments for relic of choice at a 1:1 ratio) with a chance of getting a "Chest of Ancient Elementals" (claims to give a random entire relic but instead only gives 3 fragments of a random relic) It takes 30 fragments to make a relic and I think Chest of Ancient Elementals is bugged since it claims to gives complete relics yet it only gives 3 fragments.

Wings have 2 different levels, Boosting (which we've already discussed) and Star Level. While Boosting gives stat increases to the wing's base stats and makes wings permanent at +7 or higher, Star Level serves to increase Hp, PATK, MATK, PDEF, and MDEF while also unlocking slots for wing skills at he rate of 1 per rank (10 star levels). That said, you do not need to +7 wings to start using wing skills, you need to increase Star Level for that.

I noticed you skipped 3 and 6, the mech bosses. Are they not supposed to give card fragments?

Some start values start with 1 while others start with 0. In the case of Boosting, they start at 0. +0 is the starting level for boosting and is not increased to +1 simply because you purchased wings, you have to upgrade it with Ancient Feathers. In the case of Fantasy Wings, a Boost level of +0 only gives the base stats of 1500 PATK and MATK. A Boost level of +1 will add 30 PATK and MATK to this value while a boost level of +10 will add 1500 PATK and MATK.

I had a friend help me gather some information from Mystery Island the other day and the screenshot I got really strikes me as odd, it says Baron is a VIP 1 hero Which contrasts greatly from what "Rules of the Game" claims Which is correct?

That means your "Rules of The Game" needs to be updated then when you get a chance since it's giving false info

Actually it is. While someone is in battle their name is exposed to everyone, all someone has to do is wait for that battle to end then attack. The results are calculated instantly (as with most pvp battles) but the battle plays out, soon as the battle animation ends the player will be attackable again and by that time someone will have found them due to their name showing.

With the cynical, self absorbed act you put on it's to be expected. Show other players some respect and play with honor and it wouldn't happen.

There are no further rewards from killing govs, its onces per day and that's it, killing it after you already got a kill serves no purpose and disrupts CTB for everyone else thus it's griefing And btw tone your replies down nobody likes to read that crap, keep your replies short and to the point.

The player Edward Arbar needs to be investigated. He camps the gov of the team he is on (literally waits by it doing nothing) without ever helping attack it and when it gets low he attacks it and takes the kill, it's one thing if he only did this once a day, but, he does it multiple times daily even after he got his gov kill rewards taking the gov kill for himself to no effect while denying other players the gold and runes. Today he was on red team and because of him most of the red team players were afraid to attack the gov because they knew it was planning to steal it (as he does again and a again) so blue team coordinated with red to try to keep him dead and when it would seem as if he was on cd, he shows up out of nowhere (literally popped up right next to the gov as if through teleportation) and runs off with yet another gov kill as it turned to 1%. Not only is he a serial gov camper, he may be a hacker as well. He is severely disrupting the flow of CTB and something needs to be done to resolve it.

you were harassing and antagonizing everyone long before that screenshot. Unfortunately govs bugged (becoming unclickable) and I had to reload thus losing the chat log thats all I have left from after the reload

That makes it pretty useless. It should be a 2 way chat block so neither the blockee nor the blocker can see messages from each other, not jsut in PM, but, in all chats. It'd also be nice if players on the blacklist were blocked from sending TD and GD requests. I hate having to keep auto accept off because a few bad apples and I much rather block them so they can never invite me again while keeping auto on

I have lots of "guides"(mostly data) that i've been working on, but, they're all incomplete and we're only allowed 5 minutes to edit a post which makes adding on to an incomplete guide impossible (as with the Prayer Tree guide I posted) thus I have not posted them. -

That's not what some people are saying, there's talk of S13 merging with S14 and S15. Also, by patient you mean after everyone else out levels it and then floods the next area, not exactly a fix.

A 2 minute delay between rare spawns is way too slow considering the event only lasts 15 minutes. When the entire freaking server piles up for the event, theres just not enough rares to go around. Their spawn rate needs to be changed from 2 minutes to 30 seconds. Right now on S13 the entire server piles up on Nightmare: Liberty Port's rares every freaking morning and they are attacked the exact millisecond they spawn, no joke. I'm sure decreasing the rare kill limit is not an option so I'm suggesting an increased spawn rate instead (especially since you're merging us with 2 other servers when the current respawn rates cannot even support those fighting over the limited supply of rares we have now.)

So the timestamp in which a VIP player triggers the option So for example 05:00:00:00 *Banner placed* 07:00:00:00 *Banner placed* 10:00:00:00 *Banner placed* 15:20:58:00 *boss summoned and summoner gets first attack* 15:21:00:00 *click* 15:21:00:01 *click 15:21:05:02 *click* Something like that, right? Which means the order is determined by the times they placed their banners (toggled the option) right? In that case the person who toggled it at 05:00:00:00 would go first, right? -

That leaves a conundrum though. When multiple VIP6+ players are there and not in a fight when the boss is summoned, how does the game know who goes first. Not like players where everyone clicks at different times, the flag planting all happens simultaneously. -

Click order only applies when players click manually. With VIP 6+ players are not clicking manually, the process automatically triggers for everyone with level 6 VIP+ when a boss is summoned while they're in the pirate map. As I said previously, the person who triggered the boss always gets first hit. After that I'm not sure how the game determines which (auto boss fighter) VIP 6+ to calculate first. Regardless of order, all results are calculated instantly before the battle even starts. -

I do not know how the attack order is determined when vip 6 is involved, but, the person who triggered the boss gets first dibs regardless of VIP status. After that, I'm not sure what I do know is that some people are just so strong they can kill the treasure boss instantly which could be the case, if not, then yea there might be some kind of sorting system which would be hard if not impossible to figure out considering: 1: The game's Admin and Tech support are not allowed to answer individual questions apparently. 2: This game's community is hesitant to share info of any kind thus they are no help either. Out of everyone here, Benny is the only one who's been helping me gather data (Aside from a hint about red quality sets from Linda) -

Your may might be easier, but, doing so has it's consequences. Clearing your cache like that is imprecise and will end up deleting things you rather it not delete such as save data from flash format games. Non MMO browser games store their data on your computer as cache and clearing cache all at once then results in lost saves. It's something that needs to be said before someone follows your advice then plays something such as Arkandian Explorer and wanders where their save data went. That said, yes, it is easier, but, if you play non MMO flash games I'd recommend being more precise.
