You are probably going to need to wait until support returns on Monday to get support on this issue. Support works monday-friday and is based in a Russian time zone. I'm sure they will get back to you as soon as they get into the office. Until then it may help if you could get a screenshot showing the problem and possibly some more detail as to exactly what is going on. I'm not sure how the clock could get off. The server time is the time the events go off of and is clearly displayed in Eastern time US. It isn't really possible for this time to change of be off. Keep in mind that this time is ET in the US so if you are in a different time zone it will be different than your time.

I'm sure it will come around again, the next time Secret Arsenal Event is released - as these games go, its usually about once per month minimum.

It's quite possible that Secret Arsenal is also level related - this didnt show up on the first Secret Arsenal (but as I was 80 on the second) it did show itself.

Angel I never noticed this before, but your heavenrender says "Limited Use Equipment" how long are you able to use it for?

I'm not sure who told you this, but this isn't true at all. Your ability to get help has nothing to do with whether or not you are a VIP or not. The hardest part with something like this is there isn't a lot of information to go off of to try and diagnose the problem.

Before refreshing did you do any hero switching? Just one thought. Anything else you can tell us about what you were doing right before this happened? Also did you have a title equipped that might have gone away? That could have also been a cause of the drop. Just a thought. Hope someone can figure it out for you.

Also you'll get more expedient support if you email support from the Help tab at the top of the game.

This set is a option in the events. It costs a lot of gold to get this full set. This is the only way to get it. More specifically it is part of the Secret Arsenal event. It was also available as part of the server merger sale.

Yes I viewed your images. If you didn't claim the item before the end of the day you would see the same messaging as if you did. This is to make it so you can't claim them after the day is over. I saw a similar situation in one of my accounts that I don't log into daily. Even though I did not click claim the item showed as claimed because I didn't claim it before the end of the day. Support will have to verify my account of things, but I believe this is just the default wording on this event for a reward that is no longer claimable.

Most likely you did not claim them that day. If you didn't claim them before the server reset then you don't get them and wouldn't have the opportunity to claim them.

Do you have a bigger SS? That looks like a shot from Team Dungeon and not from Border Tower. Just trying to save you a step since they'll want to see the whole thing.

Yes I am aware of all of this. I was trying to get clarification since I bought essence and the description did not indicate that your hermit had to be orange in order to upgrade it to 4 stars. My hope was to get them to clarify the item description.

I got my answer from support. You need a three star orange, a three star purple, and 50 essence from the hero store. It is near IMPOSSIBLE.

The Essence of Hermit item is supposed to be usable to turn a 3-star hermit into a 4-star hermit. I can't find anywhere to use these? Is the 3-Star hermit required to be orange? If so the wording needs to say so because if that is the case I just wasted 25000 hero spirits buying an item I can't use.

I'm sporting a 630K BR and can't solo the captains. I have yet to see anyone who can solo the captains.

As to the "guard bug" i've noticed if you wait a while after your kill you can go on as normal... haven't go an exact time for that, i think its possibly somewhere between 5-10mins its like a cooldown timer that no one can see - although it refreshes completely if you exit and re-enter the event... Annoying as hell tbh

It is not a quest in the traditional sense. To finish this and earn the title you must finish all of the quests in the first Guide section. This will complete the "Young and Green" quest.

This is not referring to when you disassemble pixies, but is referring to the little orbs that provide pixie spirits when used.

Red pixies could definitely use a reworking, but I have no problem with Yellows. Pixie contracts give you a chance at them and they are readily available in a ton of places including the Dwarven Shop for tickets. But yeah.... So many things for the last section of the Guide require spending large amounts of gold. It is a little disheartening.

Yeah I actually found out from a friend. She says that if you are in your normal server the little notification that pops up each hour about the event will tell you when the double rewards are going on, but I can't verify that yet...

I hit the 30 / 30 but BARELY.  I literally have to go from one to another from the start of the event, and as frequently as physically possible in and between. This precludes me from trying for 4-star challenge cards (10:00am Rare Monsters/Incubi,) and I miss lots of Pirate Treasure.

Factoring in unforeseen defeats (spawn kills from enemy players,) (mis-clicks on players if you "Hide Players,") recharge/resupply, etc., it can be done but it's extremely difficult, I'm finding.  I just noticed as we speak, since the Call To Battle event is firing-up, that the guards (Bandit, etc.,) in the white-flagged or unclaimed areas are a lot easier to defeat.  However, the players are swarming in since it's the kick-off of the day's event.  FYI.

Re: Bosses/Governors, yeah, I figured the kill reward was probably why.  I must admit it is kind of a raw deal to work as a team to whittle the guy's health down, only to have the actual prize reward to go to 1 guy who just sat there and camped, then opportunistically clicked.  Come on! 

 

Yes the white area ones are much easier to kill, but only if you can be there, right away, when the day launches. Which, as you said, means missing out on the 4* rare monster card chances. A trade off that I can't see as worth it at this point. I'll stick with my playing here and there throughout the day and getting mid-level event rewards from Call to Battle.

Sometimes much weaker, and more realistic/easy to kill Guards appear.  However, most of the time, they're VERY lengthy battles and frequently easy to lose.  Elf Captain, Guard Captain, or something like that. 

To clarify, I'm asking how to know or anticipate when the other guards are going to appear.  Very difficult to reach the goal at the rate I'm going!    

Side question:  I've also seen a lot of players with insane, like crazy-high figures and kill streaks, and other point rankings.  Is it true that one could actually earn 300+ prize gold in one day's worth of Call to Battle?  Everyone seems to say something different, so I figured I'd ask to find out for certain.  Again, sorry if this isn't the best or most appropriate area to ask about the specifics.  So far, it appears to be more of a bug-reporting thread.

One of the things people seem to be doing is watching for the "double points" hours that come up and then going after players solely. This seems to be the best way to maximize your score and you daily rewards. I've yet to figure out how to know when the double hours are yet.
