This topic was previously closed, but the answer being given doesn't address the issue. People are being told the event runs 1-7 every month. However on S5 the event just started today. However it also appears it will end today. I have people spending money on this and I feel like they are about to get burned. The image below shows the current status on S5. If this is going to end today this is poorly advertised and misleading to people who think they are going to get 5 days of rewards.  

S6 just opened yesterday so it will be a little while. Watch the Facebook page for announcements regarding new servers.

Quick question from the folks on server 1. Several who made the initial contribution are stating they still don't have a way to collect their rewards. Will these be automatically sent to them or should they see the Superfund icon to collect?

Thank you for the answer. I wish I had a way to test it, but I can't afford to refill any gold right now... I will stay in contact with the players on my server who signed up yesterday and see if they have any troubles today.

Support this answer makes no sense. My server, S5, just got this event today. It also looks like the event ENDS today. I have people investing and I need to know if this is just going to disappear tomorrow.

In the challenge guide under "Frighten" on of the challenges is to "Killing the Governor (participating in the challenge)". I killed the governor today and took over the market, but this quest did not complete. Appears to be a bugged quest.

They spawn in a central location. In Elf City, for example, they spawn around the fountain. They are first come first served. So be quick and turn other players off to make them easier to see and click. They're will be multiple groups that spawn over the course of those 15 minutes so don't be dejected if you miss the one you are trying to get.

You use them under the Robot tab by clicking upgrade when your robot reaches all of the conditions required to upgrade.

Robot parts can be purchased in the store for gold or earned in login events.

Responses from support take 1-2 business days. The weekend isn't considered business days. I would expect to hear something on Monday at the earliest.

A player previously had reported this as being a bug and it was closed with what I think was a misunderstanding of the issue. Due to the way that the battle ranking is displayed in Team Dungeon the frame will cut off the last digit for players that have a battle ranking longer than 5 characters. It's as if the cell used to display that ranking isn't large enough to display the whole number. His screenshot shows this well. Can we please take another look at this?

Each chest of the Guild level reward is supposed to contain a gift of 10 gold. This gift doesn't appear when you claim the chest.

There is an option for selecting "Refill Reward" under bonus on the main page. On S1 this led to rewards for gold refill purchases including the scorpion steed. However on S5 this function does not work. It shines like it can be claimed, but when you click it nothing loads. It gives a loading image, but never loads the page. I have had several people bring this up to me.

The problem is less about Guild Battle and more about Team Dungeon. In Team Dungeon one low player can ruin any chance you have of advancing. So a lot of people boot those players to avoid wasting the limited chances they have.  But I do agree that booting from a guild is a pretty low blow.  

This may be a bug and I have posted it as such on the Bug forum and also I have sent an email. Hopefully we will hear something soon.

  This was his screenshot. player Tru above had a battle ranking of 177168. But due to the framing of that number it looks like he only has a battle ranking of 17716. this has caused higher level players to get booted from teams because people think they are not ready to handle the dungeon level.
