The Guide I'm referring to is the Guide Book that provides quests as you progress through the game:  

And also several players have brought Breakthrough stones to my attention. These items are key to using the formation feature, but as of right now there is only one way to acquire these in game and that is through Sacred Pond. And even then the drop rate appears to be exceedingly low. Is there any way to make these available in store?

It is really a shame that this topic got high jacked over something that should be addressed by Facebook and not the game. Could we please get back on topic.  One thing that has been ignored that bothers me more each day is the lack of ways to get Mithril, Rank 2. This item is so important for molding, but can't be acquired in many ways at all. It can't even be purchased in any quantity to be useful. I was hoping that unlocking Tier 2 of the Team Dungeon would move from getting rank 1 to rank 2 Mithril, but instead it skips right over it to Rank 3. Is there anything that can be done to fix this? You need so much of this to mold gear, but you can't acquire it in a way that is proportional to the other two molding materials (diamonds and metorite are awarded at such a rate that I have way more of those than I need.)

Not a problem. Go get those items and use those runes.

And do you have items to insert the runes into? You have to have "Armament" items from the Guild Dungeon to insert runes into? Do you have any of these items equipped?  

Have you reached the level necessary to use runes?  

I don't think anyone is asking that you remove purchasable gold (although I would stop calling it donation Gold. It's a purchase. Not a donation.). I think what the players have expressed is regret and anger that some items in the game that are necessary to progress to higher levels are unattainable without spending real world money. Items like talent cards, wing upgrade stones, many of the fashion upgrade items, and other "end game" materials are available only to those willing to spend a lot of money. What the players want is a way to acquire these through in game means.

From what I have seen the "core" stats will result in a higher increase in BR. A 6 Piercing will increase your BR less than a 6 PATK. But you may get more of a benefit from piercing depending on your build. At higher ranks I'm noticing more and more that BR isn't everything.

Which server do you play on?

All you can do is keep trying. Make friends, work with your guild, and concentrate on players on a similar level as you. It can be hard when you are lower level, but you will find people willing to help if you keep trying.

No one agreed with you. You aren't a developer and couldn't possibly have access to any developer forum if there even is one. 

And how do you possibly have access to the "Developer Forum"? please don't spread false information.

Some of the confusion here is that a Robot Fragment is not the same as a Robot Part. Robot Parts can be purchased in a few different places such as the store, the pond exchange, and through logins. These are used to raise your robot's rank. Robot FRAGMENTS on the other hand are pieces of a robot that when you collect 100 of them, unlock a new and different robot. These can only be gotten in the store or won/purchased in events. One such event just ended the other day. Hope this helps. You can always ask your friendly server GM if you have any more questions!

Don't forget you can also lock in the best stats you get. The elemental runes are the same as the runes for Shrine parts. And yes. The processing stones produce random affects. It is up to you to decide which ones you want to keep. they rank from 1-6.

What robot part event?  

Hello! In the store there is an item for 99 gold for an item that no longer has a use. The Reckless Scorpion item is supposed to turn a temporary mount into a permanent one. However this mount now becomes permanent automatically upon returning the day after earning it. The card no longer serves a purpose and is confusing people. Thanks.

It means you don't have TWO maxed Fists of Judgement. You need TWO.

In order to evolve a hero to Orange, you must have to max level purple heroes. Then just go into upgrade with the appropriate materials and voila!

This applies just to the new server for those who are curious.

This quest is completed by completing all tasks in the "modest success" section of the guidebook.

You can level up by doing your daily quests, daily events, and especially by doing Temple of Trials every day. If you are doing these then there is no way you would be stuck at any level for 4 days straight.

Had previously opened this topic and had it closed. Needed my guild to level again to verify. Previous response is below. The problem, however, is that the reward chest does not give gold or tickets. I emailed regarding this issue already, but wanted to open a forum so I could include an image. I purchased the VIP 3 bonus gift number 2 for 198 gold for the sole purpose of getting the thunder boots. It also should have contained 200 coupons and 4 gems. Instead I received the bonus title gift 3 from the store. These are two different items from two different areas. I have no use for the bonus title gift 3. I would like my gold refunded or the correct items placed into my account. This purchase was on my S5 account Snapr4God ID#21474836494. Thank you in advance.
