Не заходит в игру

Раньше в игру заходило прекрасно, пропал на пару недель, не могу зайти на сервер.

В лаунчер CreaGames заходит, выбираю сервер, загрузка не начинается и просто серый экран.

Если кто знает как починить, подскажите пожалуйста
