Problems with game? Firstly visit this page!

If you have any problems in the game or with launching the game, please follow these steps:
1) Firstly, be sure that you use the last available version of Flash Player.
You can update it in here - http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/
2) Refresh page where your game is opened with combination of buttons Ctrl + F5
3) Clear cache in your browser. To do this, close the window with the game, then:

Google Chrome:
1. Log off the game and close any opened window in your browser.
2. Click on the "Tools" menu.
3. Select "Clear browsing data".
4. Select "Clear cache" and Delete cookie files".
5. Click on "Clear Browsing Data".

Safari:
1. Log off the game and close any opened window in your browser.
2. On the browser toolbar, open Safari menu.
3. Select "Clear Cache".
4. In the dialogue box click on the button "Clear now".

Opera:
1. Log off the game and close any opened window in your browser.
2. Click on the "Tools" menu.
3. Select Settings.
4. In the opened window go to "Advanced" tab.
5. In the left pane, click on "History".
6. Click on "Clear Now". 

Mozilla Firefox:
1. Log off the game and close any opened window in your browser.
2. Click the "Tools" menu at the top of your browser and select "Clear Recent History".
3. In the opened window, in "Clear:" list select the lowest point "All".
4. Make sure that "Cookies" and "Cache" are checked in boxes.
6. Click on "Clear Now".  

Internet Explorer:
1. Log off the game and close any opened window in your browser.
2. In the menu go in such way "Tools"> "Browser Options."
3. Click on the "General" tab.
4. Press on the "Delete" button under "Browsing history".
5. Select "Temporary Internet Files" and "Cookie files".
6. Click on the "Delete" button.
7. Click "OK" button. 

Mozilla Firefox for Macintosh:
1. Log off the game and close any opened window in your browser.
2. Open the Firefox menu at the top of your browser and select "Preferences".
3. Go to the "Privacy" tab.
4. Click on the command "Delete now" at the bottom of the dialog box.
5. Check boxes "Cache" and "Cookies" in the dialog box.
6. Click on "Clear Private Data Now". 

Changing browser also may help you.

4) Check speed of your internet connection by clicking on this link http://speedtest.net/. If the speed of your internet connection is low, you need to tell employees of the company that provides your internet service, to speed up and stabilize your Internet connection! 
The minimum required connection speed - 512kBps.
5) If you are connected through a proxy server or using wireless usb modem, then 100% stable operation of the application can not be guaranteed. These connection methods do not guarantee stability of the internet-connection, so there can be problems with loading web pages, video, online games, etc.
6) Check your computer for malwares using antivirus software.
There can be cases when the game is blocked by anti-virus software. You can disable anti-virus software for some time and check if the game is loaded. Just do not forget to turn on!
Also, the game can be blocked by ad-blocking software (Adblock) and embedded systems (McAfee) security software. Try to disable them.
