Problem with ATM payment

Hello

I did one payment at atm method and didnt received any gold.

The function send me a reference, an antity and the value of 4,19€. I payed at atm then i checked on facebook settings and the transaction was finished but didnt received any gold.
Please help me with that question.
PS: Sorry for my english but im portuguese and dont speak so well.
