At level 9 you get a loyal friend - Steed.
It helps to increase your Battle Rank and also to raise characteristics of all team.
Daily , depends on your hero’s level, certan number of attemps is given for dimes (pointer1), also you can trade your Steed for coupons. For improvement you’ll need stones of steed’s improvement (can be received in Space, Dice throw, Treasure Hunt, Team Dungeon, buy in Store, The Dwarven Shop, exchange for points of friendship in Friendship Store). 
By clicking Normal training button you spend 1 stone of improvement, and if you choose Advanced improvement, all stones are spent (max - 50 times).
Also for Steed’s improvement it’s possible to use Bloody crystals which can be received in special events (Guide, Starting events) (pointer 2). 
In Appearance tab you can change Steed’s appearance for any available options.
In Combine tab you can see successful combinations of steeds which will help to improve various characteristics are shown.
