Кнопка "Больше не показывать сегодня" перестала функционировать. Просьба поправить

Кнопка срабатывает при нажатии "ОК". При нажатии на "отмена"  уведомление появится вновь. Это не баг, это фича.

проверь настройки флэш плеера, скорее всего отключено локальное хранилище.
