If you click on rankings it will tell you what the server level is. It does not matter if a few players are in the 80s, it's a collective number from the whole server to  work on.

Hmm.. Then it might be a bug on that account. Send in a ticket to support so they know there is an issue. So far on all my characters between servers I don't have the issue. Did you ask the people on your server if they are experiencing the issue as well? If so, it could be a server issue. I'll also ask on skype if they have heard anything since the maintenance.

It's never been there on the elemental tab as everything in your bag is off to the right. The backpack is still there for the other tabs though.

Well, I've been working on the North fashion set and have not myself spent any money to do so,it can be done without spending. The ice set is cheap compared to the North and the guardian set. Everyone around me has to get to 50-100-200 on the return roulette wheel. Granted depending on server it may take longer than others. I wish I had been more aware of it, I only realized it last 2 months, I'd be closer to a piece or two!

I've already sent in a message on Skype and they have already sent a message on to higher support. As for the master's heart, each roulette needs a dud I guess. Though I would be much happier getting that then the rune box or the formation stones from the lower roulette :(.

I'm sorry this has happened and I understand the outrage as luck coins as I think I've only seen them usable during a tarot card event (Sorry I'm not more knowing on the subject.) I will relay this via skype and hope it is resolved. Also, maintenance this morning should have fixed the roulette issues, play let me know!

We still need the player's in game nickname and their ID number (which can be found in the [BUY] tab at the top of the game page) to check on the issue and work on fixing the issue and/or return the used gold.

Usually when they reply to your ticket to your personal email you can attach your proof to that email they send asking you for more information. I don't know why we are not getting a reply back all of the sudden from the tech support but I am trying to find out why. I myself have sent some things into the help tab recently and have yet to get a reply, which is not normal.

We talked about this in PM and I even told you I was on skype asking my supervisor about the issue and what I had actually seen. I had even told you I had missed what he had said because my browser crashed. You left out where I had asked in WC what had happened because my browser had tanked. After talking to my supervisor she agreed that you should send your screen shot to the HELP tab so they could see what you seen plus the info I had documented. You left out that Abbie had made the joke "snitches get stitches" first.

I'd like to advise you that when you send in a ticket next through the [HELP] tab the way to add a screen shot is to upload it to an image site and share the link (but I'm not 100% if they would accept a link, though I don't see why they would not as they keep telling us to have people report things through help tab with proof but offer no attach file ._.;) Let me know if it is resolved. Also still need to know if Zeva sent anything in or not.

Hello guys, first question, did you guys send in a ticket with screen shots through the [HELP] tab every time this happened? If so have they not sent you any emails about the matter at all? I will look more into it for you guys and see if I can get anyone's attention. Sorry I'm not a GM forum so I don't check it as often so I am sorry I didn't get back to you sooner.

I explained in world chat that the english language was required so that everyone is aware of what is being said. I have caught numerous people swearing in World Chat in another language, specifically Finn Rose. Othello had been speaking english most of the night, and his comment right after mine apologizing in english and saying he would not do it again showed he was pushing him limit. The warnings were made public because more than 1 player was doing so. Communication in chats in other language, other than project language, except official translitas, it against game rules .  Words are translated from Russian to English and some words don't mean the same things at they do to those that speak english.  

We are seeing more and more bugs in the game since the server merges. Guild Battle - Guilds that did not win the battle appear to have the crown like the guild that did win (First image: Frank Bell is in ALPHA but has a crown even though Helix won.) Also, people are getting stuck restoring with my window to pay gold/coupons to get rid of cooldown. Zone Loading - Black screen behind everything in the game window and you can't move until it shows the background. You can continue to everything else (chat,market,backpack) This usually happens in TDs, CtB, and GB. Windows not opening - Clicking on gem icon/market/runes/dice/shop leaves the game with the Guns and Magic loading logo on the screen and not letting you open anything else until it decides to open. DLP - Just noticed today, the coding in screwed up for the second place spot and it shows the broken code instead of the number 2 (Second picture shows code.)

For the last few weeks I've had a problem with my chat window disappearing when I toggle off fullscreen. When I go back to fullscreen is it still completely gone. If I go into something like Feast it returns only for that and when I go back to the main map, it's gone again. I have to restart the game to get it to come back.

I have been checking my skype since last night after I was told I'd get a reply there and have not gotten anything from anyone but skype on there (For some reason when I tried to use it last night it locked me out and I had to jump through hoops to get back on it.) I don't know if it was brought up for not but my concern is how you need collect 100 fragments/pieces for items and in order to get a piece/fragment you have to turn in a certain amount of another item like the hero emblem or thematic event medals.. which one you only get from either buying gold or every now and then they will have an event that gives you one or 2.. The other I've only seen gotten from MI and thats only if you survive, if you don't you get none, or in CtB if you finish you BT you get 5. I would love to get the North apparel set but I would need I think 1,600 TEM to get it. That will never happen.
