I didn't mean his facebook account, but rather the link it has to the character created to his account on the EU2 server. Could that character be removed, then, so that he can make a new one?

Hi I invited a friend to come and play the game, and he was automatically assigned the female character on creating his account (the selection screen isn't very clear). He wants to play as a male character, but on the same server that I am - EU2, Amore. His Facebook ID is 10206045896386681, and his character name is IamTheWay. Could you please reset his ID Account, so that he can rejoin as a male? Thank you.
